 Firm History, Timeline Sullivan & Company was founded in 1975 by Managing Principal Timothy J. Sullivan, CPA, MST. Sullivan & Company has grown over the past thirty years to become one of the largest independent public accounting firms in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. Serving publicly held and family-owned businesses as well as not-for-profit organizations, the firm has continually expanded its professional staff to accommodate the demands of diversified industries for responsive, professional accounting and business advisory services.
Today, following the merger with Syner, Cavallaro & Cabral, more than sixty Sullivan & Company professionals collaborate daily to provide world-class skills and professional resources to varied industries, including, but not limited to, health care, real estate and construction, wholesale distributors, professional service firms, and manufacturers, as well as not-for-profit organizations throughout the region.
