Headquartered in Warwick, RI, with 5 regional offices and over 150 employees, we design, implement, and deliver renewable energy programs for utility customers across the country. 

We are seeking an expereinced, take charge individual looking for an opportunity for growth and advancement.  This is a growth opportunity to Controller within 12-18 months.  The account manager will report to the Corporate Controller and supervise a small accounting staff. 

Responsibilities include:

1.  Ownership of accounting activity including general accounting, month-end closings, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.

2.  Manage annual audits

3.  Assist in the continuous improvement of financial processes

4.  Play major role in the annual budgeting process

5.  Perform financial analyses as needed.

6.  Interface with all division managers on financial matters

7.  Assist in financial reporting and analysis of company opeerations in consultation with controller and CFO

Qualifications:

-  Degree in Accounting required.  CPA highly preferred
-  High proficiency in Excel
-  Prefer experience in Great Plains Dynamics and Crystal reporting
-  3-5 years in supervisory position in a corporate accounting role in a for-profit company
-  Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

Salary range, depending on experience and qualifications:   $70,000 - $80,000
