Mentoring Program

The mentoring program at Sullivan & Company involves all incoming employees at or below the senior accountant position.  A mentor serves as a valuable resource for his or her protégé by:

  • Providing thoughtful insight into the operation of the firm's policies, structure and culture
  • Being available to answer questions and provide guidance
  • Providing a source of social interaction
  • Counseling the protégé in meeting his or her professional and personal goals.
