Sullivan & Company offers in-house and on-the-job training, all designed to help develop a broad range of skills. Formal training is offered through in-house seminars, AICPA, local and state CPA societies and industry associations.

Professional Development

Sullivan & Company provides professional development opportunities to help our associates "take charge" of their career. Whether taking part in group development activities or working directly with our in-house training coordinator, our programs are designed to help create an individual professional development plan for achieving goals.  As our employees grow in responsibility at Sullivan & Company, we offer specialized training in management skills and performance-enhancement workshops and seminars.
