FROM NORTH AND SOUTH OF PROVIDENCE

Take Interstate 95 to Exit 22C for Providence Place Mall.  Follow the exit to the mall.  When you reach the garage entries to the mall, you will make a sharp left onto Promenade Street and will be heading away from Providence Place.  Holden Street is the first street on the right on Promenade.  Follow it to the top of the hill. We are located on the left hand side of the street, in the last brick building.  Parking is located adjacent to the building.  Our offices are on the main level.

FROM EAST OF PROVIDENCE

Take Interstate 195 West to Interstate 95 North, to Exit 22C for Providence Place Mall.  Follow the directions from here as shown above. 

FROM WEST OF PROVIDENCE

Take Route 6 East to Route 10 North.  Take the Dean Street exit. At the end of the exit ramp bear left at the light, and follow to the second traffic light. Take a right towards Providence Place Mall.  Follow the directions from here as shown above.
